Why Lexlog

Since the onset of the digital age in the 90’s and the political pressure on credit providers to extend credit to the general populace, we now have over 12 million over-indebted consumers and over 100 million delinquent credit agreements.

The failure of our court system to adapt, has caused creditors to question legal process an effective debt recovery tool – the saying “justice delayed is justice denied” applies to everyone including credit providers and consequently the relevance of legal process as a credible solution to debt enforcement must be acknowledged as the greatest threat to our electronic credit-based economy!

Lexlog seeks to promote legal process outsourcing (“LPO”) as a more efficient and cost effective option for attorneys and their clients through the digitisation of all aspects of legal process management and logistics – “Safe, Secure, Slick”.

Our vision

Create a platform and ultimately an eco-system which enables both clients (claimants), their attorneys as well as “every other player” (CA correspondent attorneys, sheriffs and clerks) in the legal process to be connected.

Allow the system to become fully digitised where “desktop” issue, service and adjudication of undefended matters becomes the norm.

Enable attorneys to outsource the legal process work and to offer their clients a transparent, efficient, and cost-effective service.
